Miso Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dashi (4 c. water and 1 Tbsp. hondashi, Japanese seasoning)
    3 oz. lean pork
    3 to 4 Tbsp. miso, or to taste
    1 long green onion and top, cut into 1/2-inch lengths or 2-inch onions cut crosswise into thin slices
    2 tsp. ginger juice*
Preparation
    *Peel and grate fresh ginger root, then squeeze.
