Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust
17 Tbsp. white sugar
5 Tbsp. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Put these in the unbaked pie crust, evenly spread.
Mix with finger with 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk in pie crust.
Cut butter into tiny pieces, drop on top of pie.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for one hour, covered with aluminum foil.
Then bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
