"That'S It" Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, sugar and milk.
    Heat stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Stir to dissolve sugar; remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Beat confectioners sugar into mixture until desired spreading consistency is reached.
    Add vanilla and mix.
    Variation: 3/4 cup chopped nuts.
