Duck And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium ducks (3 c. cubed meat, chicken may be substituted)
    3 stalks celery
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    slivered almonds (optional)
    1 onion, halved
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half cream
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned wild rice and long grain rice
Preparation
    (Riceland seasoned wild long grain rice and Uncle Ben's are good ones to use.)
