Brie In Round Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1 chopped garlic clove
1 tsp. parsley or dill
round French bread
wheel of Brie
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
day-old Wonder white bread

Preparation

Mix the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
Taste for flavor and add more cheese, if needed.
Spread the mixture on bread and toast under the broiler until melted and slightly brown.
Cut bread into quarters and serve immediately.
Any kind of bread will do.
If Italian/French loaves, cut into thin slices.
