Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 c. croutons (garlic)
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 minced onion
3/4 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
Cook and drain spinach.
Mix all ingredients with spinach. Shape into small balls (size of walnut).
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
