Ripe Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 peck ripe tomatoes
 
4 sweet peppers, cut into small pieces
3 large onions, cut up fine
2 c. celery, cut up fine
2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. mustard seed
1/4 c. salt
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all together and put in jars.
 
Cover with vinegar.
Will keep for months in refrigerator.
It is very good over beans or salad or can be frozen.
