Whipped Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. baking powder
dash of salt
Preparation

Whip cream until peaks form.
Carefully fold whipped cream into stiffly beaten egg whites.
Gradually fold in cold water and vanilla.
Sift flour, measure and sift with sugar, baking powder and salt.
Carefully fold into cream mixture.
Pour into pan that has been lightly greased and floured.
Bake in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
This is a delicious white cake.
