Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese (Neufchatel)
    1/4 c. sesame seed, toasted
    2 c. diagonally cut carrot slices
    2 c. diagonally cut celery slices
    3/4 c. thin green pepper strips
    2 Tbsp. Parkay oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Coat Neufchatel cheese cubes with sesame seed; chill.
    In large skillet or wok, stir-fry vegetables in oleo and seasonings until crisp-tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Neufchatel cheese to vegetables; mix lightly.
