Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    16 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    20 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put butter into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and put in oven to melt butter.
    After butter is melted, remove from oven.
    In large mixing bowl beat eggs.
    Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Add grated cheese, drained spinach and chopped onion.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into baking dish and spread evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let sit for 45 minutes.
    Cut into bite sized pieces.
    These freeze very well.
    They can be reheated frozen at 325\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
