Chicken Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. macaroni (2 c. dry)
    2 slices bacon, cut up
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    10 oz. cooked, diced chicken (two 5 oz. cans)
    1 c. sliced carrots, cooked
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    thyme to taste
    toasted almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Cook bacon; use drippings.
    Add soup, sugar, garlic, milk and vinegar.
    Combine with rest of ingredients and pour in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
