Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. wild and long grain rice mix, prepared
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    potato chips
    1 small onion, minced
    1 c. celery, sliced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Combine ingredients (except potato chips) the night before. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
    One hour before dinner put crushed potato chips on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
