Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium squash, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (6 oz.) box chicken flavored stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook squash and onion with small amount of water until tender. Drain well. In saucepan melt cheese, milk and soup. In buttered casserole dish, sprinkle half the stuffing and seasoning packet. Add squash and onion, and then add milk mixture. Sprinkle remaining stuffing and seasoning packet on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
