Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. sharp shredded cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 lb. cooked ham, diced
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in flour and pepper. Add milk all at once and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; add cheese and mayonnaise; stir until cheese melts. Combine potatoes and ham with sauce. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
