Hamburger Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean hamburger
    1/4 c. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 Tbsp. peppercorns or 2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Preparation
    Cut down on amount of smoke if you desire!
