Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a skillet.
Drain. Add pimento and mushroom soup.
Stir well.
Pour half of mixture in casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese.
Pour rest of mixture on top of this and add cheese on top.
Top with Tater Tots.
Cook at 450\u00b0 until mixture bubbles through Tater Tots.
