Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, boiled
    4 slices bacon
    2 onions, diced
    2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry bacon and lay it aside.
    Fry diced onion in bacon grease. Bring to a boil the vinegar, cornstarch, sugar and water.
    Add bacon grease.
    Pour over sliced potatoes.
    Crumble bacon on top and serve.
