Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    2 c. hot milk
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, cinnamon or nutmeg and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked crust.
    Place in a very hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Decrease heat to 325\u00b0 and cook until set, about 30 minutes.
