Onion-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Cover bottom of pastry shell with onion, then cheese.
    Mix flour into small amount of milk, then stir in remaining milk. Add flour and milk mixture, salt, pepper and butter to eggs.
    Mix well; pour over cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until nicely browned and set.
