Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 c. angle-cut celery strips
    1 1/2 c. thin carrot strips
    2 c. canned whole green beans, drained
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    2 c. canned tomatoes (do not drain)
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes.
