Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 c. oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can creamed corn
1 1/2 c. meal
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients
well
and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
Yields 24 muffins.
