Brunch Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, cooked
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
8 slices white bread
3 or 4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
Preparation

Use a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place bread as a liner in bottom of dish.
Sprinkle cheese and sausage evenly over the bread.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper together.
Pour mixture over bread, sausage and cheese.
Chill overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 6 large servings.
