Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix cocoa, vanilla and food coloring in a small bowl or cup.
    Add to oil mixture.
    Mix in flour and buttermilk.
    Add salt and soda; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in greased and floured cake pans.
