Chicken Enchilada Casserole(Or Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    3 to 4 c. shredded cheese (mix of Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
    1 large pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soups and green chilies to make the sauce.
    On a tortilla layer about 1 tablespoon meat; sprinkle on about 1 teaspoon onion.
    Add 1 tablespoon sauce.
    Top with 1 tablespoon cheese.
    Roll up tortilla and place seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Repeat until the baking dish is full.
    Top with the remaining sauce and cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot, about 20 to 30 minutes.
