Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1 jar pimentos
Preparation
    Boil to syrup the sugar, vinegar and water.
    Cool and beat in egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix cheese and mixture together and then add 1 jar cut up pimentos.
