Seafood Newburg Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. cooked pieces frozen shrimp
1 c. butter
1 qt. cream
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 lb. crabmeat
1 c. flour
1 c. dry sherry
1 (1 lb.) can mushrooms (or fresh)
Preparation

Make a cream sauce with the butter, flour and cream.
Add salt, pepper and sherry.
Remove and add crabmeat, shrimp and mushrooms.
Pour into a buttered casserole or individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes, until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.
Do not overcook.
Serves 18 to 20.
