*Grace Snapp'S Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and Crisco.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating 2 minutes after each.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
    Add coconut and flavoring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Use a glaze as a topping.
