Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    28 oz. can tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions on box.
    Brown beef and onions in oil and drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.
