Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. top milk
    1 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine egg, salt and milk.
    Add enough flour to make dough stiff.
    Roll very thin.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick.
    Let dry for 2 hours.
    Drop in boiling water or broth and cook 10 minutes.
