Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 lb. can kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, tomato sauce, green pepper, onion, water, chili powder, salt and sugar; simmer 1 hour.
    Add beans.
    Mix oil and flour together and add to beans.
    Mix all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
