Creole Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 c. celery
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 c. mushroom soup (optional)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 lb. cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute cauliflower, onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Mix vegetables with tomatoes, mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until thick.
    Place in 12-inch casserole.
    Cover with crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and cheese is melted.
