1 c. cornmeal mix
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cream-style corn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped hot peppers
1 egg
2/3 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. green pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease black (iron) skillet.
Mix all ingredients and pour into skillet.
Bake until golden brown.
