Ingredients

2 lb. ground pork butt
1/2 ground onion
3/4 c. water
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. cloves
4 tsp. allspice
Preparation

In a covered pan, cook 2 to 3 hours on low heat; water will be totally absorbed when done.
Add up to 4 teaspoons each of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice.
Mix and refrigerate.
