Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    2 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    pinch of salt
    1 stick butter (at room temperature)
Preparation
    Let cheese soften.
    Mix cheese, flour, pepper, salt and butter.
    Mix and knead until soft and creamy.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    If there is a tendency to spread, just add flour.
