Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fruit
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Put fruit in baking dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over fruit. Mix together remaining ingredients and spoon over fruit.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 until top is brown and firm.
    Delicious served warm and topped with ice cream.
