Mom'S Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium cucumbers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayo
salt and pepper
sugar
Preparation

Pare cucumbers; scoop out seeds.
Slice very thinly; using a grater works best.
Drain cucumbers in a colander for at least 2 hours (can drain overnight in refrigerator).
After cucumbers have drained, combine in bowl with onion, sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly, adding sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
