Yohos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    20 oysters, drained
Preparation
    In a large frypan, heat oil.
    Saute onion, garlic and green pepper until onion is transparent, about 5 minutes.
    Add seasoned salt, cayenne pepper and water; bring to a slow boil.
    Add tomato paste; stir until smooth.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add oysters.
    Stir and let cook 5 minutes. Remove immediately from heat.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce.
    Serves 4.
