Jean Sanders' Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda (level)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. red raisins
Preparation
    Mix first seven dry ingredients well, saving a little flour to sprinkle over nuts and raisins.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
    Into the well, add oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Mix well, then add nuts and raisins.
    Mix well and pour into 3 loaf pans or 6 small greased and floured pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
