Ingredients

1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 can water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 c. good wine
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
croutons and Swiss cheese
Preparation

Saute the onion and garlic in margarine until transparent. Add beef broth, bouillon, water
and wine.
Simmer.
Put croutons in bottom of soup bowls.
Fill with soup mix. Top with Swiss cheese and put in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
