Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    2 to 6 chicken breasts (other chicken parts can be used also)
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 soup can water (use more is you want your rice moister)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place rice on bottom of shallow casserole or baking dish (greased).
    Pour soup and water on top. You may season with your favorite seasonings if you wish (I usually use pepper and a little salt).
    Cover with lid or aluminum foil tightly.
    Bake 1 hour.
