Cuban Creole Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lime juice
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 small onion, cut in wedges
Preparation

In a small dish, crush the garlic; add the oregano, salt, lime juice, oil and onion.
Allow to sit together as mixed for a few minutes.
Serve as a gravy with chicken or pork.
