Real Good Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 whole egg
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. shortening
ice water
Preparation

Cut together with pastry blender the shortening with the flour, with the salt added.
Into a 1-cup measure, break the whole egg and beat.
Add the vinegar, then mix.
Finish filling cup with ice water.
Pour this mixture over the flour-shortening mixture. Stir together; form into large ball.
