Mushrooms With Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    2 small cucumbers, seeded and cut into julienne strips
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. condensed chicken broth
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    In skillet, cook mushrooms, cucumbers and onion in butter for 5 to 6 minutes or just until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
    In a bowl, stir flour into the sour cream. Gradually stir chicken broth and parsley into sour cream mixture. Pour over vegetables.
    Heat through over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
