Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks oleo
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. pretzels, crushed
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced strawberries, undrained
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Melt the oleo.
Add 1/4 cup sugar and the pretzels.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool thoroughly. Mix the jello with the boiling water.
Add strawberries until partially set.
Mix the cream cheese with the Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar.
Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
Top with jello mixture.
Chill several hours.
