Roasted Mustard Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

light vegetable oil cooking spray
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
16 small red potatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray a roasting pan 3 times to coat with vegetable oil.
Place remaining ingredients in a bowl. Blend.
Add potatoes and toss.
Pour potatoes into roasting pan. Bake 45 minutes to an hour, until potatoes are tender.
