Creole Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomatoes
1 can kernel corn
1/2 c. diced pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1 chopped medium onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. instant rice
1/4 c. seasoned bread stuffing, packed
2 tsp. butter
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, drained corn, green pepper, celery, onion, salt, pepper and rice.
Mix well and pour into 1-quart casserole. Crush stuffing into coarse crumbs and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over vegetables and rice mixture.
Bake uncovered at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
