Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

1 box graham crackers
2 boxes of French vanilla pudding (instant kind)
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 container of ready to spread chocolate icing
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and layer the graham crackers on the bottom of the pan. (Keep the crackers whole). Mix together the pudding and milk and let set in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes. Mix the Cool Whip with the pudding and spread over the graham crackers. Layer another layer of graham crackers and another layer of pudding mixture. Put the last layer of graham crackers on the top of pudding mixture. Spread the icing over the graham crackers. Refrigerate. This is better made a day ahead of time.
