Low-Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    fat-free buttermilk
    corn flakes
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Take chicken breasts, skin and get all fat off that you can. Place in bowl; pour buttermilk over.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    When ready to cook, take out of milk; salt and pepper to taste.
    Then crush cornflakes and batter.
    Place in an uncovered pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
