Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. milk
cayenne pepper
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Beat egg; add dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in vinegar, then milk.
Cook over low heat and stir until slightly thickened; cool.
Stir in sour cream.
Mix with freshly grated cabbage when ready to serve.
