Grandpa Vinnie'S Egg Drops For Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

broth from chicken
1 egg
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Have broth from chicken boiling.
Beat 1 egg.
Add salt.
Add water and stir to make a smooth paste.
Add flour and mix.
Take a real thin sliver off of spoon and drop into boiling broth.
It will come to top.
Cook just a little longer and serve.
If I don't have enough mix and if there is a lot of broth, I mix up another batch.
